What we built
A field-force management app for Pharma India's medical representatives and managers across six roles — MR, AM, RSM, Manager, CEO and Admin. Attendance, travel, doctor calls and sales in one place, with every screen scoped to what that role is allowed to see.
Attendance and daily call reports used to arrive on paper and WhatsApp — late and impossible to verify. The app tracks the field day by GPS, calculates travel distance and fuel, and captures each doctor and chemist visit in a daily call report. It works offline and syncs when signal returns, without creating duplicates. Every table is protected by row-level security, so a rep never sees their manager's data and only Admin sees everything.
